Refund Policy...
When you receive a package that has been damaged in shipment
we will send you another one without extra charges, and put
in a claim with FedEx. You would need to keep the damage
package for 2 weeks just in case FedEx needs proof.
If we shipped you the wrong flavor or size we will ship the
right product to you without additional funds also letting
you keep the other shipment.
If you place an order and wish to change or cancel please
call 866-932-3757 to stop the shipment process. If
your card has been charged we will credit your card or void
it, but if it has been shipped, we can not change or cancel
the order since we are dealing with perishable items. The
chips would not be resalable.
When you receive an order and you meant to order something
else (different size, flavor, or brand), you are
responsible for the product you ordered. |
